    【摘 要】目的 观察用硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射治疗肺心病难治性心衰的临床效果。方法 将87例患者分为治疗组(47例)和对照组(40例)，两组常规治疗相同，治疗组加用硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射液静脉滴注，疗程7-10天。结果 治疗组和对照组的临床症状和体征改善的有效率分别为93.6%和75%(P<0.05)。结论 使用硫酸镁与酚妥拉明复合注射液静脉滴注治疗肺心病难治性心衰有显著疗效。

    of Intractable Heart Failure in pulmonary Heart Disease

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect of Magnesium Sulphate and Phentolamine Compound Injection in the treatment of intractable heart failure in pulmonary heart disease.MethodA total of 87 cases patients were divided into treatment group of 47 cases and control group of 40 cases. The regular treatment in two groups is the same and intravenous drip of Magnesium Sulphate and Phentolamine Compound Injection had been used in treatment group, 7-10 days for one course of treatment. ResultThe effective rates in the improvement of clinical symptoms and sign in treatment group and control group were respectively 93.6% and 75% (P<0.05).Conclusion It is very effective that the intractable heart failure in pulmonary heart disease is treated by the intravenous drip of Magnesium Sulphate and Phentolamine Compound Injection. ......
