    【摘 要】目的 提高肺内孤立结节/肿块的鉴别诊断水平。方法 回顾性分析75例通过病理诊断明确者进行X线平片再分析。结果 周围性肺癌52例(占69.3%)，炎性肿块19例，支气管腺瘤2例，肺错构瘤2例。结论 结合病史，认真分析病灶部位、形态、密度及周围情况是鉴别诊断的关键。
