【摘要】目的:探讨早产胎膜早破(PPROM)发生的危险因素,对母儿的影响。 方法:回顾性分析116例早产合并PPROM的临床资料。 结果:PPROM病因的前四位是胎位不正(18.1%)、双胎(12.1%)、早产流产史(11.2%)、妊娠高血压疾病(112%);不同孕周早产对母亲影响无显著性统计学意义(P>0.05);对新生儿的影响有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论:早产并PPROM是新生儿发病和死亡的主要原因,因此应当重视早产并PPROM的预防、诊断和治疗。
