【摘要】腹部闭合伤是当前急诊医学最常见就诊原因之一,能否及时判定有无内脏破裂出血是临床成功救治的关键,也是临床医师经常面临的问题[1]。笔者分析了经手术治疗或CT证实的102例BAT内脏破裂出血患者的声像图特征,旨在探讨超声在BAT的诊断价值及规律,提高超声诊断率。

【Abstract】Abdominal wound closure is the most common cause of emergency medicine doctor, one can judge whether visceral hemorrhage in clinical success is the key, and treatment of clinical physician often faced problems[1]. The author analyzed by surgery or CT scan confirmed 102 cases visceral bleeding in patients with BAT the ultrasonographic feature, aims to explore the diagnosis value BAT ultrasound in the diagnosis and laws, improve ultrasound.
