【摘要】目的:探讨小剂量腰椎牵引并超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出症伴骨质增生的疗效。方法:156例腰椎间盘突出症伴骨质增生患者分为2组,分别采取小剂量腰椎牵引并超短波治疗与常规牵引治疗。结果:小剂量腰椎牵引配合超短波治疗腰椎间盘突出症止痛效果明显,疗效显著优于常规牵引的疗效。结论:小剂量腰椎牵引并超短波治疗安全可行,并可缩短疗程、增强疗效。
