    【摘要】目的:探讨对余留牙重度磨耗、牙合面形态破坏严重、垂直距离降低以及多数余留牙为残根残冠或牙合平面严重不协调的患者牙列缺损进行咬合重建,恢复正常的咀嚼功能。方法:对符合上述条件的14名患者运用牙合垫式可摘局部义齿进行修复。结果对修复后的患者进行为期半年至一年的观察随访,14例患者咀嚼功能明显改善,颞下颌关节症状明显缓解,患者对面部形态的改善表示满意。结论:牙合垫式可摘局部义齿是一种疗效满意的咬合重建修复方法 。

    Studies on jaw pad-type removable partial dentures used for the occlusal rehabititation.

    【Abstract】Objective:To study the occlusal rehabititation and restoring the normal Chewing Function of the patients with the severe wear of teeth, the severely damaged facial morphology, the vertical distance reduced, or the residual crowns and roots. Methods:The occlusal rehabititation of the fourteen patients with the same condition as the above was studied. Results:The founteen Patients’ chewing functions were improved, and their temporomandibular joint symptoms were relieved. They were all satisfied with the improvement of their facial morphology. Conclusions:Jaw pad-type removable partial dentures are really effective to deal with the occlusal rehabititation. ......
