产科围术期产妇的心理护理体会

【摘要】目的:探讨围术期心理护理对剖宫产产妇的作用。方法:将300例剖宫产产妇随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各150例,对照组给予常规性护理,观察组在常规性护理的基础上,根据产妇的不同情况,提供相应的心理支持护理。结果:观察组在对手术的焦虑情绪、恐惧心理及术后疼痛呕吐方面与对照组比较,得到明显改善,发生率分别为29.3%、20.7%和13.3%。差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理明显改善了产妇对手术的焦虑情绪、恐惧心理及术后疼痛呕吐等心理反应,对手术的成功及术后机体的恢复起到了积极的作用。

【Abstract】Objective: To discuss the role of mental nursing in parturients underwent caesarean section. Methods: To randomly divide 300 parturients underwent caesarean section into the observation group and control group, 150 cases for each.
