    【摘要】妇科腹部手术是治疗子宫肌瘤、 卵巢囊肿等疾患的重要手段之一,患者的术后恢复是患者、 家属及医护人员共同参与的结果, 而鼓励患者尽早离床活动是机体恢复的需要。但在临床实施中倘若患者是由家属扶助离床活动时, 其切口疼痛, 仍然不可避免, 而恐惧心理依然较重。因此,对患者首次离床活动进行正确的临床护理显得至关重要。

    【Abstract】Gynecological abdominal surgery is the treatment of uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts and other important means of disease, the patient’s postoperative recovery of the patient, family members and medical staff to participate in the results, and encourage patients to bed as early as possible from the activities of the body recovery needs. However, if patients in the clinical implementation of assistance from the bed by the family activities, the incision pain is still inevitable, but fear is still serious.
