    【摘要】 目的 探讨针灸治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法 随机分组治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组采用穴位针刺治疗,对照组采用传统的青霉素和激素治疗。结果 治疗组治愈41例,显效6例,有效2例,无效1例;总有效率98%;对照组50例,显效8例,有效18例,无效24例,总有效率48%。结论 学针灸治疗可使面神经产生兴奋,增强肌肉收缩,缓解血管痉挛,改善局部的淋巴和血液循环,改善受损面神经和面肌营养状况,促进面神经炎的消除和水肿的吸收,从而有利于受损面神经功能的恢复。

    【Abstract】 Objective of facial nerves palsies acupuncture treatment. Methods a randomized treatment group and the control group (n = 50 cases in treatment group and control group by acupuncture treatment and acupuncture adopts the traditional penicillin and hormone therapy. Results 41 cases were cured in treatment group and 6 cases, effective 1 in 2 cases, invalid, Total effectiveness98%, 50 cases of control group, < 8 cases, 18 cases, invalid 24 cases failure; the total effective48per cent. Conclusion learn acupuncture treatment can make facial nerve, muscle contraction produce excited, alleviate vasospasm, improving local lymph and blood circulation, improve the damaged facial nerve and nutritional status, promote facial paralysis of eliminating the absorption and edema, so as to facilitate the damaged facial nerve function recovery. ......
