腹腔镜手术治疗子宫恶性肿瘤的护理方法与体会
【中图分类号】R737 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)02-0091-01【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗子宫恶性肿瘤的的护理方法与体会。方法：对2009年1月-2010年3月间，在我院实施腹腔镜手术治疗的21例子宫恶性肿瘤患者的临床及护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果：21例患者平均手术时间为205±240min，平均出血200±11.46ml，平均住院时间为6.32d，术中及术后6月随访复查未见相关并发症发生。结论：腹腔镜微创手术是治疗子宫恶性肿瘤有效方法，但一定要注意患者围手术期的护理，良好的护理措施是保障手术成功的关键。

Laparoscopic treatment of uterine cancer and experience of the nursing

【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate laparoscopic surgery for m alignant tumors of the uterus and experience of nursing. Methods: In January 2009 -2010 March, the implementation of laparoscopic surgery in our hospital treated 21 cases of uterine cancer and nursing clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results: 21 patients mean operative time was 205±2.40min, mean blood loss was 200±11.46ml, the average hospital stay was 6.32d, during and after 6 month follow-up review no related complications. Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery is minimally invasive and effective method of treatment of uterine cancer, but patients must pay attention to perioperative care, good nursing care is to protect the key to successful operation. ......
