【摘要】目的 观察α-ZAL对体外培养新生大鼠颅骨成骨细胞的作用。方法 酶消化法分离培养SD乳鼠颅盖骨成骨细胞;应用MTT法测定成骨细胞增殖。结果 α-ZAL能促进大鼠颅骨成骨细胞增殖，最佳浓度为10-7mol/L和10-10mol/L。结论 α-ZAL可促进成骨细胞增殖和分化。

[Abstract]Objective: To investigate the effect of Effect of α-ZAL on osteoblasts cultured in vitro. Methods: Osteoblasts were obtained from the calvaria of newborn SD rats with enzymatic digestion method. The effect of α-ZAL on the proliferation of osteoblasts was determined by MTT assay. Result: α-ZAL increased osteoblastic proliferation at concentration of10-7mol/L, 10-10 mol/L. In this two concentration, they can inhibit osteoblast death.α-ZAL can promote the proliferation of osteoblasts.
