【摘要】康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者的影响，以便为护理人员提供可参考的护理依据。方法 选择2008年1月至2010年1月在我院住院的121例脑卒中偏瘫患者，随机分为康复组61例和对照组60例，分别采用常规治疗和常规治疗加康复护理，评价其效果。结果 在经过常规治疗及康复护理后，康复组的DDNF评分显著低于对照组(p<0.01)。结论 实行有效的康复护理，为医护人员改善
脑卒中瘫患者的自我症状提供一定的临床指导。

Abstract: Intention : In order to researchwhat effects rehabilitation nursing will have on hemiplegia caused by acute cerebral stroke ,and in order to provide data for nurses to refer to. Approach: To randomly pick out 121 hemiplegia patients of January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital , and divide them into two groups-61 ones of rehabilitation group ,and 60 ones of control group. Then apply to the R-group conventional therapy and rehabilitation nursing, but to the C-group only conventional therapy .Finally carry out an evaluation of the results.Results: After application of conventional therapy and rehabilitation nursing , the defect degree of neruodefect(DDNF)of the R-group is remarkably lower than that of the controlled(p<0 ......
