【摘要】目的 探讨阑尾炎的声像图特征及B超对阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法 对478例B超显示阑尾炎患者进行手术及病理结果进行分析。结果 B超诊断阑尾炎符合率为94.1%，急性阑尾炎符合率达95.2%。结论 B超对急性阑尾炎的检出效率比较高，而且可以提供客观的影像学依据，具有方便、快捷、无创、可进行反复检查等优点，有利于临床来选择合适的手术方案，还具有重要的鉴别诊断意义。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the sonographic features of appendicitis and B ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis. Methods 478 cases of appendicitis in patients with B-shows the results of surgery and pathology. B ultrasound diagnosis of appendicitis in line with the results was 94.1% compliance rate was 95.2% in acute appendicitis. Conclusions B-detection of acute appendicitis is more efficient, and can provide objective imaging evidence, convenient, quick, noninvasive, can be repeatedly checked, etc., are beneficial effect to select the appropriate surgery program, but also has important differential diagnosis ......
