【摘要】当今卫生行业的竞争,是人才的竞争。医院加强对人才的科学培养,形成有力的人才队伍,使医院具有更强大的竞争优势。本文在此基础上,阐释了医院合理配置现有的人才资源方法;建立科学的人力资源管理机制;优先选拔现有人才,坚持培养与引进并重;青年重点人才的培养等,为医院人才培养相关问题奠定了基础。

Discussion of the hospital’s training
Abstract: The competition in today's health industry is a talent competition. Hospital to enhance the scientific training of personnel to form a strong personnel, the hospital has a more powerful competitive advantage.
