    【摘要】目的 调查布鲁氏菌病的人间感染情况，制定有效的措施预防布鲁氏菌病的的发生。方法：布鲁氏菌素皮内变态反应试验，进行筛检，对阳性者进行血清做布鲁氏菌抗体滴度试验，体滴度试验1：100以上者定为阳性，为布鲁氏菌感染。 结果 共调查1211人，其中布鲁氏菌试验阳性者22人，做抗体滴度试验1：100以上者18人，新发现布鲁氏菌病5例。防治方法 开展消毒、个人防护、易感人群接种疫苗，用中西医结合的方法对病人进行治疗。
