大黄的炮制及其制品在临床中的应用

【中图分类号】 R283.3【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)04-0010-02【摘要】 目的 分析大黄不同炮制方法与其临床应用的关系。 方法 采用酒炙法，将净选后的大黄加入一定量的酒拌炒或蒸至色泽加深时取出。结果 大黄炮制后，化学成分变化，泻下作用减弱，活血祛瘀止血作用增强。结论 生大黄长于攻下积滞，泻火解毒，用于实热便秘，热毒肠痈；酒大黄长于清上焦实热，用于目赤肿痛；熟大黄长于活血祛瘀，用于淤血凝积；大黄炭长于凉血化瘀止血，用于血热有淤出血。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyse the relationship of the different processing method of rhubarb and its clinical practice. Method Adopt the liquor char method--put selected rhubarb into a certain amount of liquor,then take out when they are fried or steamed to the luster deepening. ResultsAfter the rhubarb are processed, its chemical has been changed, they are conducive to weaken the lapactic action,however they enhance the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and the hemostatic effect.ConclusionThe untreated rhubarb are always used in cureing constipation and toxic heat because they contribute to demic excreting、Purging fire and detoxicating. The liquor rhubarb are often used in cureing swelling and pain of eye because they contribute to clear Non-digestion real hot. The steamed rhubarb are usually used in cureing normal congestion because they contribute to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. The fried rhubarb are used in cureing congestion caused by blood-heat in general because they contribute to cool blood、dissolve stasis and stypticity. ......
