【摘要】目的：比较毛细支气管炎的雾化治疗疗效，以便找出最有效地雾化治疗方式。方法：选自2008年1月-2010年12月在我院进行治疗的毛细支气管炎患儿80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组进行了治疗对比分析。结果：采用三种药物(普米克令舒﹑万托林、沐舒坦)联合药物的雾化治疗组的情况明显好于对照组。结论：采用普米克令舒﹑万托林、沐舒坦联合雾化吸入治疗的方法值得推广应用。
