    Diagnosis and treatment of open ankle fracture and dislocation of the clinical analysis

    【摘要】 目的 探讨诊治开放性踝关节骨折脱位的方法及效果；方法 对2009年1月至2011年1月我院收治的开放性踝关节骨折脱位患者40例的临床资料进行回顾性分析；结果 优27例,良8例,中4例,差1例,总优良率为82%；结论 在开放性踝关节受损的后期，需要进行严格的固定和骨折解剖复位。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of open ankle fracture dislocation of the method and effect; method from January 2009 to January 2011 in our hospital open ankle fracture dislocation of the clinical data of 40 patients were retrospectively analyzed; results Excellent in 27 cases, good in 8 cases, in 4 cases and poor in 1 case, the total fine was 82%; Conclusion damaged ankle open late, the need for strict fixed and anatomical reduction.
