    【摘要】 目的 探讨霉菌性鼻窦炎应用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果；方法 对2009年1月至2011年我院应用鼻内镜手术治疗的霉菌性鼻窦炎患者86例的临床资料进行回顾性分析；结果所有患者窦腔内没有出现异常的分泌物，窦口引流较好，均以痊愈，在术后进行的随访中，无复发现象；结论使用鼻内镜进行手术，可以很好的保证治疗效果，在彻底治愈的同时最大程度的减小的复发的可能性，可以在临床治疗中推广使用。
