    【摘要】恶性脑肿瘤 (主要为神经胶瘤) 占颅内肿瘤的40 %～50 %。手术,放疗和化疗是其传统的治疗手段，随着分子生物学和基因工程技术的发展，出现了一系列治疗恶性脑肿瘤的新方法。本文主要阐述基因治疗，诱导分化治疗，抗血管生成治疗，免疫治疗，肿瘤细胞靶向治疗等新方法。

    【Abstract】M alignant brain tumors (mainly glioma) brain tumors account for 40% to 50%. Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the conventional treatment, as molecular biology and genetic engineering technology, a series of new treatment method for m alignant brain tumors. This article focuses on gene therapy, differentiation therapy, anti-angiogenesis therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy of cancer cells and other new methods.
