    【摘要】目的：探讨及总结川崎病患儿的护理措施；方法：回顾性分析28例川崎病患儿治疗及护理措施；结果：无一例发生冠状动脉瘤、心肌梗死及其它护理并发症，均康复出院；体会：早期确诊尽早使用大剂量丙种球蛋白(IVIG)联合应用抗血小板治疗及采用合理护理措施，能迅速退热，明显降低冠状动脉病变的发生率，使患儿早日康复出院。
