    【摘要 】 手术室是医护人员共同为患者进行手术治疗的重要场所，手术的顺利实施需要手术医生、麻醉师、护理人员通力协作。建设一个技术水平高、效率高的手术室团队，是科室手术顺利实施的前提条件，也是病人在医院得到有效治疗的主要保证。

    【Abstract 】The operating room is one of the key hospital departments where the medical staffs conduct surgery treatment on patients. The smooth implementation of the surgical operations requires the well collaboration among the surgical doctors, anesthesiologists and the nurses. A high qualified and efficient surgery group is the premise for the successful performance, and guarantees the effective treatment for the patients.
