    【摘要】目的：探讨经腹及经阴道彩超在早期异位妊娠诊断中的应用价值。方法：对我院经腹经阴道彩超的48位异位妊娠患者的资料进行分析。结果：48例患者检查后，根据手术所见，确认经阴道彩超检查诊断准确率为95.8%，经腹部彩超检查诊断准确率为66.7%。结论：经阴道彩超检查对早期异位妊娠的诊断具有准确率高、异位胎定位准确等优点，使早期异位妊娠的检出率大大提高，具有重要的临床意义。

    Transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy in value

    【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy application value. Methods: Transvaginal color Doppler abdominal hospital's 48 patients with ectopic pregnancy were analyzed. Results: 48 patients were checked, according to surgical findings confirm the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography was 95.8%, the diagnostic accuracy of abdominal ultrasonography was 66.7%.
