【摘要】目的:探讨锁定钢板联合中药治疗胫骨骨折的疗效评价。方法：回顾性地分析本院2001年7月至2010年2月对收治的26例患者，分为对照组及观察组每组13例，两组均进行正常手术，观察组术后予以中药内服外熏洗。结果：两组患者均进行半年至三年的随访，平均随访时间2.2年.两组患者临床总体有效率观察组效果显著优于对照组，在统计学上有显著性意义P>0.05。结论：胫骨平台锁定钢板治疗效果明确，中药能够提高临床疗效。
