【摘要】目的 探讨改良“S”形切口空心螺钉治疗后交叉韧带止点撕脱骨折的疗效。方法自2006年3月至2010年11月应用空心螺钉(直径4.0mm自攻半螺纹)，通过膝关节后侧“S” 形切口治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折，共19例。结果经过平均12个月(8-18个月)的随访，本组19例骨折平均愈合时间6.7周(6-8.5)。根据Lysholm膝关节评分标准，本组患者平均得分(90.6+2.5)分。结论改良“S”形切口空心螺钉治疗后交叉韧带胫骨止点撕脱骨折具有创伤小、操作简便、固定可靠、并发症少的优点，是一种较好的手术治疗选择。
