膀胱内注入山莨菪碱对妇科术后尿潴留预防效果探讨

【摘要】 目的：膀胱内注入山莨菪碱预防妇科手术后尿潴留的效果。方法：选取我院妇科2006年9月~2010年9月收治的60例行妇科手术治疗患者的临床资料，所有患者术后均留置导尿管，随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)， 对照组患者术后3d直接拔出导尿管，治疗组患者在拔出导尿管前，膀胱内注射山莨菪碱，比较两组患者尿潴留发生情况。结果：治疗组患者术后尿潴留1例，占3.33%，对照组患者术后尿潴留11例，占36.67%，治疗组患者发生尿潴留明显少于对照组，两组患者比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：妇科手术后膀胱内注射山莨菪碱，能明显降低术后尿潴留发生率，效果满意，值得在临床推广。
