    【摘要】目的 探索人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折在基层医院的临床应用。方法 选用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换治疗60岁以上股骨颈骨折36例36髋。结果 36例术后均获6个月～4年随访(平均23个月)。术前Harris评分为31.7±5.3；术后半年Harris评分为80.5±4.1；其中优19例，良10例，可6例，差1例，优良率为80.56%。手术时间45～90 min，术中出血约50～200 ml，全部病人术中没有输血。住院时间14～29d，平均19d。术后死亡2例病死率为5.56%。结论 在基层医院采用骨水泥型双极人工股骨头置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折，并发症少，术后恢复较快，取得较好的疗效。
