【中图分类号】R446.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)09-0298-01【摘要】医学实习生实习过程具有专业特殊性，带教教师除需具备娴熟的临床专业技能，还需具备良好坚实的理论基础。本文通过探讨医学检验实习生带教过程中遇到的种种问题及相应解决方法，讨论实习带教中的注意事项.旨在提高临床教师的带教质量，提高实习生临床实践技能和理论知识，为实习生在日后的专业工作中打好良好的基础。

【Abatract】In the special period of the clinical trainees studying, the teachers have not only the clinical skills but also the good solid theoretical foundation .This article mainly discusses how to study the various problems encountered in the process of and the corresponding solutions concerning of teaching about the lab students, how to study the practical considerations in teaching. In order to improve the teaching quality of the clinical teachers and the gaining of trainees with skills and theoretical knowledge, the trainees lay a good foundation in the future.
