12例外伤性脾破裂患者抢救围手术期护理配合体会(1)
【中图分类号】R473 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2012)02-0063-01【摘要】目的：总结外伤性脾破裂患者抢救围手术期护理配合具体措施、注意事项及护理体会，为今后发生的外伤性脾破裂患者的抢救护理配合奠定坚实理论基础。方法：对我院2010年12月-2011年6月12例外伤性脾破裂患者抢救围手术期护理配合的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果：12例患者通过我们与临床医师准确、及时的密切配合均抢救成功，术后无一例出现相关的并发症。结论：外伤性脾破裂患者在及时明确诊断的基础上，医护人员在抢救中密切配合是手术成功的关键、是患者赢得生命、恢复健康的重要举措。

【Abstract】Objective: traumatic rupture of the peri-operative care patients in an emergency with specific measures and nursing notes for future cases of traumatic rupture of the emergency care of patients with a solid theoretical foundation.
