    【摘要】目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法: 以120例腹腔镜治疗子宫肌瘤患者为实验组研究对象，设立相应对照组，通过对患者采用针对性治疗与观察,采用回顾性方法研究分析临床资料。结果: 实验组腹腔镜治疗总有效率达到100%，而对照组达到90%，两组差异有统计学意义(P 【关键词】腹腔镜；子宫肌瘤；治疗

    【abstract】objective: to study the treatment of uterine fibroids laparoscopic clinical effect. Methods: 120 cases of patients with uterine fibroids laparoscopic treatment for the research object, and set up corresponding control group, through to the patients use targeted therapy and observation, the clinical data were retrospectively analysis method. Results: the total effective rate 100% laparoscopic treatment, and the control group reached 90%, two groups was statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusions: laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids have advantages, only master treatment methods and skills, can better clinical effect.
