【摘 要】目的：对两种根管充填糊剂进行分析，并将其应用在一次性根管治疗中，观察临床疗效。方法：本组探究共计选取48例患者(48颗患牙)，治疗方法是一次性根管治疗，选取时间段：2014年11月开始，2015年10月停止。48颗患牙分组时利用随机数字表法且分别命名为研究组(24颗；AHPlus糊剂+Vitapex糊剂配合牙胶尖冷侧压法一次性充填根管)和对照组(24颗；AHPlus糊剂配合牙胶尖冷侧压法一次性充填根管)。结果：研究组患牙术后1周内急性反应、2年后临床疗效均明显更佳，将其对比对照组患牙，统计学结论是：不存在意义且P>0.05。结论：在一次性根管治疗中采用AHPlus糊剂+Vitapex糊剂配合牙胶尖冷侧压法一次性充填根管可获得理想临床疗效。

    Abstract Objective： To analyze the two kinds of root canal filling paste and apply it in one-time root canal therapy to observe the clinical curative effect. Methods： A total of 48 patients (48 teeth) were enrolled in this study. The treatment was a one-time root canal treatment. The selected time period began in November 2014 and ended in October 2015.
