【摘 要】目的：讨论鼻内镜手术后使用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎的临床观察。方法：现随机选取2015年12月-2016年5月我院收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎患者76例，分成实验组和对照组各38例，实验组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾治疗，对照组仅给予鼻腔内灌洗生理盐水治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：实验组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴变应性鼻炎的治疗中，可采取布地奈德鼻喷雾进行治疗，其临床效果显著，值得临床推广和应用。
