【摘要】目的：对侧卧位在持续性枕后位及枕横位产妇待产中的应用效果作分析。方法：研究中对照组用仰卧位，观察组用侧卧位；将两组产妇各项临床数据详细整理后作回顾性分析。结果：观察组持续性枕后位及枕横位纠正率高，会阴裂伤及侧切率低，中转剖宫产率低，分娩时间短，与对照组比较存在差异，P<0.05。结论：侧卧位在持续性枕后位及枕横位产妇待产中的应用效果更佳，具有极佳的临床推广价值。
