【摘 要】目的：在骨科患者围手术期护理中采用加快康复外科理念，评价效果。方法：共计选取46例患者入组，疾病类型是四肢骨折需要手术治疗，选取时间2017年1月1日～2017年12月31日。46例患者分组方法是随机数字表法，分为研究组(23例；常规护理+加快康复外科理念)和对照组(23例；常规护理)，对比2组患者护理干预后各项临床数据并计算出统计学分析数值。结果：研究组患者下床活动时间、住院床日、并发症发生率、患者满意度、住院支出、术后关节功能恢复情况均明显更优于对照组患者，差异较为明显(P<0.05)。结论：在骨科患者围手术期护理中采用加快康复外科理念，效果较为理想。
