【摘 要】目的：分析探讨环卫工人的身体健康状况及影响因素，为开展环卫工人健康教育和干预措施提供科学依据。方法：通过五年来对全市1300多名环卫工人的免费健康体格资料，分析分析环卫工人的一般健康状况及影响健康的相关因素，并随机选取社会其他行业人员1200人，分析在血压、血脂、血糖、心电及传染病等方面比较其差异。结果：环卫工人的高脂血症、肝功能异常、妇科疾病的发病率较高。户外街道清洁工人的血压异常、肝功能异常、泌尿系结石的发生率明显高于其他工种；环卫女工妇科疾病的发生率尤为突出，宫颈糜烂发病率占首位，其次为阴道炎和子宫肌瘤。结论：环卫工人的卫生保健知识不足，防病治病意识薄弱，进一步促进改善他们的工作条件，并对其进行健康教育非常必要。
