【摘 要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗病毒性脑炎的临床效果。方法：随机分为两组。治疗组和对照组均使用西药常规治疗，治疗组加用中药治疗.结果：治疗组较对照组在脑脊液、头痛、呕吐、发烧、常规恢复方面均优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：中西医结合治疗病毒性脑炎较单纯西医治疗病毒性脑炎临床效果显著中西医结合治疗效果显著。
