【摘 要】目的：探讨子宫内膜异位症患者术后复发的相关性影响因素。方法：以2013至2015年收治的123例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象，分为术后复发组61例与未复发组62例，分析术后复发的相关因素。结果：患病年龄、rAFS分期、手术方式以及临床病理分型都与术后复发存在明显的相关性(P<0.05)，也是术后复发的独立性影响因素。结论：患病年龄、rAFS分期、手术方式以及临床病理分型均与子宫内膜异位症术后复发有密切的关系，需要在临床治疗中提高重视。
