【摘 要】目的：探究分析对子宫下段瘢痕愈合情况利用经腹联合经阴道超声检测的诊断价值。方法：随机在2015年2月-2017年2月我院收治的子宫下段瘢痕患者中选择96例作为本次研究对象，同时接受腹部超声检查与经阴道超声检查。将腹部超声与阴式超声对子宫下段瘢痕愈合情况的检测结果与腹部超声检查结果实施对比分析。结果：联合检查的子宫下段显影率、子宫下段瘢痕分级诊断准确率均远高于单一腹部超声检查，且两种检测方法比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对子宫下段瘢痕愈合情况采用经阴道超声与腹部超声实施联合检测，可有效使瘢痕分级诊断率得到显著提高，可更好的对子宫下段瘢痕愈合情况进行了解。
