【摘 要】目的：探究wiltse入路行椎弓根内固定治疗腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法：选择我院自2014年9月至2018年1月收治的120例腰椎压缩性骨折患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组和研究组，每组60例，对照组采用传统后正中入路切开复位椎弓根内固定治疗，研究组采用wiltse入路行椎弓根内固定治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：研究组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、引流量、住院时间均明显小(短)于对照组;治疗前后，两组患者的伤椎高度、椎管占位率、cobbs角对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论：对腰椎压缩性骨折患者采用后路肌间隙入路(wiltse)切开减压椎弓根内固定术治疗，不仅具有微创、引流少等优势，同时其还能促进患者快速康复，因而能够缩短患者预后周期。
