【摘 要】目的：探究人工流产对于再次妊娠并发症的影响。方法：将400例产妇按照人工流产次数分为4组，各100例，记录再次妊娠并发症发生情况。结果：人工流产后再次妊娠者发生合并症的几率大于未人工流产者(P<0.05)。结论：人工流产会增加再次妊娠并发症风险，应做好计划生育宣传，落实避孕措施，减少并预防人流后遗症。

    Abstract Objective： To explore the effects of induced abortion on complications of re-pregnancy. Methods：400 cases of parturient were divided into 4 groups according to the number of induced abortion， 100 cases each. Results：The incidence of complications after induced abortion was higher in the patients with secondary pregnancy than in those without induced abortion (P < 0.05).Conclusion：Artificial abortion can increase the risk of complications of re-pregnancy.
