【摘 要】目的：探讨疤痕子宫经阴道分娩的可行性与母婴安全性分析。方法：回顾性分析我院2015年2月-2017年2月收治的50例疤痕子宫经阴道分娩的产妇，纳入观察组；另选同期51例非疤痕子宫阴道分娩的产妇为对照组。比较两组产妇阴道分娩成功率、母婴结局、并发症发生情况。结果：两组产妇阴道分娩成功率比较无差异(P>0.05)，无统计学意义；对照组与观察组的产妇产程时间、产时出血量、新生儿体质量、住院时间及新生儿Apgar评分比较无差异(P>0.05)，无统计学意义；两组产妇创口感染、子宫收缩乏力出血、尿潴留、新生儿窒息、腹膜粘连发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)，无统计学意义。结论：疤痕子宫经阴道分娩具有可行性，严格掌握阴道分娩指征可保护母婴安全，有利于阴道分娩顺利进行。

    Clinical Analysis the Feasibility and Safety of the Vaginal Delivery of the Pregnant Patients with Scarred Uterus
