探讨马来酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压伴高血脂患者的疗效观察(1)
【摘 要】：目的 观察并探讨马来酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压伴高血脂患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取我院2017年3月—2018年3月期间收治的124例高血压伴高血脂患者患者，随机分为对照组(62例患者)与实验组(62例患者)，对照组患者给予马来酸氨氯地平治疗，实验组患者给予马来酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，对两组患者治疗血脂、三酰甘油、总胆固醇变化情况以及治疗有效率进行观察与比较。 结果 实验组患者治疗后血压变化、三酰甘油、总胆固醇变化情况均显著优于对照组，两组结果间差异显著，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。实验组患者治疗有效率显著优于对照组，两组结果间差异显著，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 在高血压伴高血脂患者治疗中应用马来酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗具有显著治疗效果，能够有效缓解患者的血压及血脂指标，促进患者生存质量及生活质量的有效提升，值得推广应用。

To investigate the therapeutic effect of amlodipine maleate combined with Atto vastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia
Abstract：Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of amlodipine maleate combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 124 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group (62 patients) and experimental group (62 patients). Patients in control group were treated with amlodipine maleate. Treatment with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets in the experimental group . The blood lipids， triglyceride， total cholesterol， and treatment efficacy were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The changes of blood pressure， triglyceride and total cholesterol in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups， P<0.05， with statistical significance. Conclusion Amlodipine maleate combined with Atto vastatin calcium tablets is effective in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia， can effectively relieve the patient's blood pressure and blood lipid parameters， and promote the effective improvement of patient's quality of life and quality of life. It is worthy of popularization and application.
