【摘 要】目的 探究康复护理自我管理对慢阻肺患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法 将84例慢阻肺患者随机分组，对照组(n=42)实施常规护理，观察组(n=42)加以实施康复护理自我管理，比较两组效果。结果 观察组患者肺功能、生活质量指标均显著优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论 慢阻肺患者中实施康复护理自我管理效果显著，可推广。

    Abstract Objective to explore the effect of self-management of rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Eighty-four patients with COPD were randomly divided into control group (n = 42) and observation group (n = 42). Results the pulmonary function and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of self-management of rehabilitation nursing in COPD patients is significant and can be popularized.
