【摘 要】： 目的 调查阿坝州农牧区人群幽门螺杆菌感染现状。为藏区农牧区Hp感染的防控提供参考。 方法 在阿坝藏族自治州西索村和纳足村的常住村民中招募志愿者，进行通过14C尿素呼气试验检测农牧区Hp感染情况。结果 共招募志愿者552名，完成有效问卷调查共544份。Hp阳性率在藏区农村居民与牧区居民间无明显差异，影响因素多而复杂，各因素相互作用。

    Abstract： Objective To investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori infection in the agricultural and pastoral areas of Aba Prefecture. Provide reference for the prevention and control of Hp infection in farming and pastoral areas in Tibetan areas. Methods We recruited volunteers from the resident villagers of Xisuo Village and Nazu Village of Aba Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture to test Hp infection in agricultural and pastoral areas through 14C urea breath test. Results We recruited 552 volunteers and completed a total of 544 effective questionnaire survey.
