【摘 要】目的：探究红细胞沉降率、血常规联合检测在诊断肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月-2018年6月间我区回顾性资料信息中收治的患者100例作为实验研究对象，根据痰液培养结果将患者分为结核杆菌阳性组和结核杆菌阴性组，患者均行红细胞沉降率、血常规检查。结果：结核杆菌阳性组患者红细胞沉降显著高于结合杆菌阴性组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组患者的白细胞、中性粒细胞对比，统计学无意义差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：针对结核杆菌程阳性的患者细胞沉降与结核杆菌阴性患者存在差异性，而白细胞和中性粒细胞指标变化情况不具有差异性。
