综合护理对门诊静脉输液患者护理满意度的影响(1)

     【摘 要】

    目的:探讨综合护理对门诊静脉输液患者的临床价值。方法:选取本院2017年8月-2018年5月期间门诊静脉输液治疗患者116例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取综合护理干预措施,比较两组患者穿刺疼痛、护理满意度及医疗纠纷发生情况。结果:观察组穿刺疼痛VAS得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其护理满意度(96.6%)明显高于对照组(81.0%)(P<0.05)。观察组未出现医疗纠纷,对照组出现6例(10.3%),两组医疗纠纷发生率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:门诊静脉输液患者给予综合护理,不但有助于缓解患者的穿刺疼痛、提高护理满意度,而且对避免医疗纠纷也有重要价值。

    Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Nursing Satisfaction of Outpatient Intravenous Infusion Patients

    Abstract Objective:

    To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing for outpatient intravenous infusion patients. Methods:116 outpatients treated by intravenous infusion from August 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The puncture pain, nursing satisfaction and medical disputes between the two groups were compared. Results:The VAS score of puncture pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction (96.6%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (81.0%) (P<0.05). There were no medical disputes in the observation group and 6 cases (10.3%) in the control group. There was a significant difference in the incidence of medical disputes between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing for outpatient intravenous infusion patients not only helps alleviate puncture pain and improve nursing satisfaction, but also has important value in avoiding medical disputes.

    门诊静脉输液治疗是医院治疗疾病的常见方法,而门诊静脉输液的临床护理工作量非常大,而且病种复杂多样、患者流动性较高,往往导致护患之间沟通缺乏,易引发患者不满[1],同时门诊输液护理工作的不到位也存在诸多安全隐患,易发生医疗纠纷。另有研究资料显示,静脉输液作为一种侵入性操作,患者均可出现不同程度的疼痛[2],而穿刺疼痛的程度则影响患者对护理人员的信任,不利于建立和谐护患关系。为了提高门诊静脉输液护理质量并提高护理满意度,我院近年对门诊静脉输液患者采取综合护理干预措施,本文对此进行总结分析。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选取本院2017年8月-2018年5月期间在门诊接受静脉输液治疗的患者116例,纳入标准:①患者年龄≥18岁;②对本研究知情同意,签署知情同意书并愿意配合研究;③输液时间≥3d;排除标准:①精神疾病及认知功能障碍者;②合并严重脑、肾、心等急性器质性病变者。按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,两组均58例,对照组男30例,女28例,年龄18-60岁,平均(51.6±12.3)岁,输液时间3-7d,平均(3.6±1.2)d;门诊科室:综合内科10例,综合外科8例,耳鼻喉科15例,泌尿科10例,急诊7例,皮肤科5例,其他3例;观察组男29例,女29例,年龄19-60岁,平均(51.5±12.7)岁,输液时间3-6d,平均(3.5±1.0)d;门诊科室:综合内科11例,综合外科9例,耳鼻喉科16例,泌尿科11例,急诊5例,皮肤科4例,其他2例。两组患者分组后一般资料对比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。, http://www.100md.com(李佳芹)
