降低CM医院住院医师离职率的对策及方法

     【摘 要】CM医院是上海市崇明区最大的三级医院,住院医师流失率高是医院暴露出来严重的问题,主要是由于住院医师抗压能力较差、生活成本大,醫院缺乏相应补贴、适应能力较差,不能很好的融入科室环境、薪酬待遇较低等四方面原因导致的,根据这四方面原因,采取了切实有效的方法来降低CM医院住院医师高离职率。

    Abstract CM Hospital is the largest tertiary hospital in Chongming District of Shanghai, and the high rate of resident turnover is a serious problem exposed by the hospital. It is mainly due to the poor ability of residents to resist pressure, the high cost of living, the lack of corresponding subsidies, the poor adaptability of the hospital, the inability to integrate well into the Department environment, and the low salary and treatment. We have taken effective measures to reduce the high turnover rate of residents in CM hospital.
