【摘 要】目的：研究胎盘早剥的分娩方式对母婴结局的影响。方法：在本院接收的胎盘早剥产妇中选取48例作为观察对象，上述产妇的收治时间均在2017年4月至2018年4月期间。依据产妇的胎盘早剥不同分型分为轻型组与重型组，每组产妇例数均为24例，比较分析两组产妇的分娩方式和母婴结局。结果：重型组产妇剖宫产率明显较轻型组高，母婴结局各项指标均显著优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：胎盘早剥可严重威胁产妇安全分娩，应当尽早发现并且开展积极有效的干预，结合产妇的具体情况选择分娩方式，以促进母婴预后的改善。

    Abstract Objective：To study the effect of delivery mode of placental abruption on maternal and fetal outcomes. Methods：A total of 48 patients with placental abruption were enrolled in the hospital. The maternal treatment time was from April 2017 to April 2018. According to the different types of maternal placental abruption， the patients were divided into light group and heavy group. The number of maternal cases in each group was 24 cases. The maternal delivery methods and maternal and child outcomes were compared.
