【摘 要】目的：探究髋关节撞击综合征的X线影像表现。方法：此次研究研究对象为30例髋关节撞击综合征患者，选取时间为2016年8月-2018年7月，使用X线进行诊断，并分析其临床特征。结果：30例髋关节撞击综合征患者均行X线片诊断，16例患者在股骨头颈的交界处，出现手枪柄状的骨性凸起畸形，16例股骨颈的a角处出现异常。9例股骨头颈的偏距减小，6例表现为8字征，4例出现股骨颈疝窝，20例表现为髋臼缘增生硬化，8例伴随髋臼缘的游离骨赘。结论：X线平片可用于髋关节撞击综合征患者的诊断，为治疗与预后提供依据。
