【摘 要】目的：对比分析糖尿病诊断中应用常规尿液检验与生化检验的诊断价值。方法：选取糖尿病患者共105例，同期进行常规尿液检验与生化检验。对比诊断效果。结果：相较常规尿液检验，生化检验检出率、灵敏度及特异度均明显较高，P<0.05。结论：生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的检出效果、特异度及敏感度的应用价值较常规尿液检验更为显著。
